Migrate tests to googletest 1.10+ API

http://go/wvgerrit/135246 from the Widevine repo.)

Googletest has deprecated the TEST_CASE nomenclature in favor of the
International Software Testing Qualifications Board-compliant term
TEST_SUITE. See
