Tradefed needs these tests to be in the /DATA directory.
Test: cd vendor/widevine && ./build_and_run_all_unit_tests
All tests should build and pass.
make tests
unzip android-tests.zip and verify all tests located in DATA/bin

The AES test was useful to verify the framework API changes, but
the decrypt test was not correct. Removing it for now.

This is required because these makefiles contain a module that's
building agains the "current" SDK and will need to add an explicit
compile time dependency on the apache API.
Note that no runtime dependency is needed because the app targets
SDK version 12 (?!!).
