This updates the Widevine Classic libraries to version 4.5.0.10107.
This version backports the bugfix for the IPv6 issue from JB-MR2.
Also, the Widevine build system has been updated to support all six
flavors. (2 security levels x 3 instruction sets)
This change adds x86 L1 binaries and MIPS L3 binaries, as these have
been validated by partners.

This allows a DRM client to open a locally-cached file on behalf of the
DRM server so the DRM server no longer requires the sdcard_r permission
to access the file's metadata. Specifically, this adds an optional
attribute FileDescriptorKey to the DrmInfoRequest.

OEM security levels used on tuna vs stingray & crespo. This is part of
the work for b/4598045 Implementing secure video path on TI OMAP4 chip
for ICS.
The Widevine libraries included here, 4.5.0.4321 also contain a fix
for b/4400696 Pinning and unpinning multiple movie for download behavior
is not uniform for multiple tries.

is parsed to determine if it is Widevine content.
