This changes the persistent test storage to use protobufs instead of
manual parsing. This simplifies the code but makes the files less
"human readable". Files can be read using 'gqui' if needed.

This CL makes major changes to the names of variables and types that
are related to the usage table, header, entries, entry indexes, and
other related data.
The renaming followed these rules:
1) "Usage table header" will exclusively refer to the header blob
that is OEMCrypto specific. The CDM class "UsageTableHeader"
is the CDM-layer's abstraction around the "usage table" concept.
The name has been updated to reflect that.
2) The "Cdm" prefix is only used for the CDM-specific data types for
the usage table and entry info. It has been removed from
OEMCrypto-specific types.
- UsageTableHeader -> CdmUsageTable
- CdmUsageTableHeader -> UsageTableHeader
- CdmUsageEntry -> UsageEntry
3) The "usage_" prefix has been removed from variables when the usage
table or usage entries are the subject of the function or class.
4) UsageEntryIndex is the type for entry indexes, instead of directly
using uint32_t. This matches how we wrap other types in
"wv_cdm_types.h"
5) Changed entry "number" to entry "index".
6) Vectors of elements have been renamed to be either pluralized or
have a suffix "_list".
7) "Usage info" was occasionally being used to refer to the usage
table or entries generally, rather than specifically secure-stop.
- CryptoSession::HasUsageInfoSupport() -> HasUsageTableSupport()
The most major change is that the files "usage_table_header*" have
been renamed to be "cdm_usage_table*".

The OtaKeyboxProvisioner provides a CdmEngine-specific context for
performing OTA keybox provisioning. Utilizes the system-wide
SystemFallbackPolicy to relay provisioning status between engines.
The provisioner will handle message wrapping and unwrapping of the
raw OTA keybox request / response into the SignedProvisioningMessage
which is sent to/received from the provisioning server.

Integrated OKP into CDM Engine

Extended the functionality of the CdmEngine to check if the device
requires OKP and to initialize OKP resources if required. The
functionality of OpenSession() and GetProvisioningRequest() have been
the most affected. If OKP is required, these methods will signal to
the app that provisioning is required and will return an OKP request.
Once a device is provisioned, the OKP data is cleared away and the
CdmEngine will resume normal operation. Engines created after a
device is provisioned will immediately enter normal operations.
The exception is for CdmEngines which failed to perform OKP for some
reason and are still running. Those apps will need to restart before
gaining access to L1 operations.

Certificates and wrapped key material are stored in the usage information
file but apart from usage information records. Usage info records include
an identifier which indicates the associated certificate. Routines to
help with finding, inserting or removal of associated certificates have
been included. After a usage entry is deleted, a garbage collection
routine is run to remove any certificates not used by usage infomation
records.

This change includes additional fields in DeviceCertificate, License and
UsageInfo.
New DRM certificate will include a creation and expiration time.
In addition acquisition_time_seconds will allow the client to calulate
expiration time even when client and provisioning service clocks
are not in sync.
expiration_time_seconds will allow clients to expire DRM certificates
that do include an expiration time. A random value within a window
(4-8 months after update) will be calculated to avoid
a provisioning storm.
Drm certificate will be added to offline licenses. In a future release,
licenses will be removed on expiry and the certification information
that needs to be sent to the license service will be reduced.
This should reduce space overhead.
UsageInfo will use a certificate cache in case multiple usage info
entries use the same DRM certificate.

The CDM is responsible for telling OEMCrypto the underlying DRM
private key type when loading it into a session. To do this, the
CDM must determine and store the key type of a successfully loaded
provisioning response. The type of key is available from the
DRM certificate proto that is provided in the reponse.
This change introduces a class to contain the wrapped key and
type together. To store the type, the CDM device files have been
updated to include a key type with the DRM certificate and to
store from and load to the new class.
Unittests have been updated for using the new class where the
wrapped key was used before.

call instead of kDecryptError or kNoKey.

This is a potential fix for b/36656190. Set aside public
key on first call to get the public key, and use it afterwards.
This gets rid of extra calls to OEMCrypto_GetOEMPublicCertificate(),
which has side-effect of staging the OEM private key.
This also fixes a problem where the public cert string was
not being trimmed to match the size returned by
OEMCrypto_GetOEMPublicCertificate().

This CL adds a new variant of the OEMCrypto mock code that adjusts its
behavior based on a configuration file. This is intended for
testing.
For example, a tester can set current_hdcp to 2 in the options.txt
file, push it to the device, and verify that a license is granted for
HDCP 2.0. Then the tester can edit the value of current_hdcp to 1 and
push the file to the device. Playback should stop because the license
is no longer valid.
This variant uses a real level 1 liboemcrypto.so to push data to a
secure buffer. That means we can test playback for a license that
requires secure buffers on an Android device with real secure buffers.

In OEMCrypto V13, usage table header and usage entries are stored in
persistent non-secure storage and loaded and unloaded from the TEE.
Information needs to be maintained to assist finding the associated license
or usage information. This information has been revised for usage information
to use key set id and usage info file name rather than provider session
token and app id.
The app id is stored in a hashed form (usage info file name) and was not
extractable during the upgrade process to OEMCrypto V13. Due to this
DeviceFiles UsageInfo routines have switched to use usage info file name
rather than app id as a key.

The usage table redesign will require storing usage table headers
and usage entries in non-secure persistent store. This information
will be signed by the TEE to prevent against modification. New
Storage and retrieval methods have been added for usage table headers,
while usage entries will be stored alongside (offline) licenses and
(secure stops/)usage info.

When using the grace period, the CDM will need to override the values
given to use by the TEE (through OEMCrypto). Normally the first (and
last) decrypt times are stored securely by the TEE. To avoid extra
complexity in OEMCrypto, we will simply ignore the values given to us
by the TEE when using this feature.
However, the TEE will still enforce the (hard) license duration. So
only the rental/playback durations will be affected by malicious
editing of files.

This adds support for offline playback. If the content contains

Client information is reported in release and renewal messages based on
flag in the license. License proto has been updated to match server updates.
There are two caveats
* Client IDs will be reported unencrypted when usage reports are requested.
* Release requests that enable privacy mode (encrypted client IDs) but do not
specify a service certificate are not supported.

Updated license_protocol.proto from constituent protos in google3
These changes make use of OEMCrypto v9 changes to support usage reporting.
Usage reporting may be enabled for streaming (by means of secure stops) and
offline playback by a provider session token specified in the license.
Changes include periodically updating usage information for relevant
sessions and reporting and releasing usage information as needed.
The CDM has removed all references to Secure Stops. This change
updates the Android API implementation to comply.
