Add GetClientToken(), GetProvisioningToken(), GetPreProvisionTokenType()
to CryptoSession. They return the correct token bytes and token type
for preparing the ClientIdentification message for provisioning and
license server transactions.
Also refactor service certificate handling.
OEM certs are introduced in Provisioning 3.0

* When http://go/wvgerrit/18012 was merged (ag/1446934) some changes
were not merged for mapErrors-inl.h. These changes are included in this CL.
* When ag/1678104 was reverse merged to http//go/wvgerrit/21981/ a variable
was renamed and some comments were added to add clarity in cdm_engine.cpp.
These changes are included in this CL.
Test: All unittests other than some oemcrypto, request_license_test
passed. Those tests failed with or without this CL.

The call table was meant to be a long-term way to track
the performance of all OEMCrypto function calls.
This feature does not get used. Apps that call into the
profiler can generate this from the history.
This change was designed to go into Android O
(go/wvgerrit/22503) but since the Call Table is causing problems
on specific chip sets its being removed in NYC MR2.

When merging the change from Widevine's repo over to NYC,
some deletes were missed. This change removed the unused
classes profiler_session and stats.
The make file still had a reference to Stats, which was
likely due to a merge conflict.

Jsmn will replace a local method that parsed json init data.
Added a fix to include all key Ids in the WidevineCencHeader rather than
just the first. Also modified the content_id to reflect that it is a
base64 encoded value.

This change restores the ability to build the Widevine CDM for Android
for MIPS devices. It restores the precompiled binaries for MIPS and
re-adds MIPS to all makefiles.
This change includes a new build of the obfuscated binaries for
MIPS32r1 that were built using a MIPS device on the emulator.

This change:
1) Switches the Makefiles over to using LOCAL_STATIC_LIBRARIES, which I
understand is the new hotness, rather than setting a -I flag directly.
2) Switches to the non-deprecated _ex versions for EVP_EncryptFinal.
3) Uses the EVP_PKEY interface for checking PSS signatures. This is the
only supported interface in OpenSSL: the PSS padding check functions are
only exported in upstream OpenSSL because it's a library from the 90s
and they don't have a concept of "unexported". Also, by using the EVP
functions, OpenSSL/BoringSSL can do a better job of being constant-time.
Since there aren't any obvious tests for checking that the signtaure
verification still works, I tested with the code in the referenced
paste, which includes both the old and new verification functions and
checks that they both work on a sample signature. (And I also checked
that they both fail when a bit in the signature is changed.)

* Replace an stlport static assert with a C++11 static_assert.

This project is still using stlport (without telling the build system
about it), which was causing (broken) stlport headers to override
libc++ headers, leading to a broken copy of std::enable_if, which in
turn caused <atomic> to fail to compile. Since this project has
prebuilts that will need to be updated before this project can
actually move away from stlport, tell the build system that it is
still using stlport for now.

The EME spec technically requires CDMs to treat audio/mp4 and
video/mp4 equivalently, as well as audio/webm and video/webm. We had
only been accepting video/mp4 and video/webm up until now.
This change also centralizes handling of init data types in the shared
CDM code instead of having it spread across multiple places in the
codebase.

wrapper.

Adds support for storing the property set on a session-by-session

Adds support for setting the aforementioned properties to the

Corrections to invoke provisioning, OEMCrypto API with configured
security level rather than the default. Unit tests were also revised.

a service certificate-based privacy mode. The remaining code for

Android development of the widevine CDM has been done
on the jb-mr2 branch of the cdm code base. This CL
contains a merge of that jb-mr2 work to CDM master, and
also reflects the evolution of the common Modular DRM
code base since jb-mr2 branched.

The top level makefile will build license_protocol_protos.a, which is
needed by libcdm.a. Unit and end-to-end tests are now build separately
under cdm/test.
Also, the tests use Google C++ Testing Framework, so please build the
gtest library from external/gtest and run "mm" once before building
the tests.
Or just run "mmma vendor/widevine/libwvdrmengine" (or mma in
vendor/widevine/libwvdrmengine") once.
