35064be9c6 Revert Widevine 6.0.0 -> 4.5.0 libraries 
DO NOT MERGE

Source and library changes to roll back to 4.5.0, including
maintaining the DRM HAL support.

Includes Widevine libraries 4.5.0-7111

92dda7e094 Fix android build for Widevine L3 devices (crespo, trygon)
