Replacing most instances of C's NULL with C++'s nullptr. Also changed
how a NULL check is performed on smart pointers. They provided an
implicit boolean operator for null checks, meaning the underlying
pointer does not need to be compared directly (as it was in some places
before).
Note that clang-format has performed additional changes to some of the
test files that have not yet been formatted.

- Removed function / class prefixes from the logs.

Previously, HttpSocket made assumptions about IPv4.
This CL updates this utility to be agnostic to IPv4 vs IPv6.
If our servers start resolving to IPv6 addresses in future,
our tests can now handle this transparently.

This copies over formatting changes from the Widevine CDM repository
that resulted from running clang-format with Google style on the
shared core/ directory. It also copies over some rewordings of log
messages that were made at the same time.
Aside from the changed log messages, this should not affect behavior
or functionality.

We are getting a lot of noise from Android bug-filers who are
concerned about several non-critical errors that show up when using
Widevine CDM on some devices or in some use cases. To mitigate this,
we are downgrading these errors to warnings.
Some of these errors pertained to our legacy support. To make sure
an error IS logged if problems with legacy support become critical,
a new error has been added to that code path.

This CL removes TODOs and email addresses from comments, unifies some
namespaces and cleans a few variable names. It is a copy of multiple
CLs on the widevine side.
