This change restores the ability to build the Widevine CDM for Android
for MIPS devices. It restores the precompiled binaries for MIPS and
re-adds MIPS to all makefiles.
This change includes a new build of the obfuscated binaries for
MIPS32r1 that were built using a MIPS device on the emulator.

When validation was added to the service certificate property, it
broke the associated test, which sends random data. It also did not
do any testing of the new validation itself.
This fix makes the validation method on WvContentDecryptionModule
non-static so that it can be mocked and handled appropriately in the
test.

Closing a non-existant (already closed) session results in an exception
being thrown though mediaDrm. The mediaDrm plugin will now ignore
errors when called though MediaDrm.closeSession.

Adds support for passing a special provisioning response ("delete")
to the provisioning API in order to unprovision the current origin.
Note that the origin MUST be set or else this will fail.
The existing, system-only unprovisionDevice() method is unaffected.

This is a merge of several Widevine-side commits that, cumulatively,
allow callers to specify an origin to be used to isolate data storage
as specified in the W3C Encrypted Media Extension specification.
Separate origins have separate certificates, and consequently cannot
share device identifiers with each other.

Now that the CE CDM has CloseSession to handle closing sessions, we
can rename CancelKeyRequest on the CDM Engine & CDM Session to better
resemble its purpose and the name it is known by on Android.

This project is still using stlport (without telling the build system
about it), which was causing (broken) stlport headers to override
libc++ headers, leading to a broken copy of std::enable_if, which in
turn caused <atomic> to fail to compile. Since this project has
prebuilts that will need to be updated before this project can
actually move away from stlport, tell the build system that it is
still using stlport for now.

When falling back to L3, release requests were failing. Information
requesting falling back to L3 is passed along when the session is opened.
Licenses however are released using the key set ID and information
requesting fallback to L3(CdmClientPropertySet) at that point is
unavailable. The release was actually attempting to release a license
at the default security level which is incorrect.
In addition, the mac keys were not being setup correctly and the release
message was signed with keys derived from the license request and not the
response. Both these issues have been addressed and unit tests added
to track release of offline licenses and usage reporting scenarios.

Updated license_protocol.proto from constituent protos in google3
These changes make use of OEMCrypto v9 changes to support usage reporting.
Usage reporting may be enabled for streaming (by means of secure stops) and
offline playback by a provider session token specified in the license.
Changes include periodically updating usage information for relevant
sessions and reporting and releasing usage information as needed.
The CDM has removed all references to Secure Stops. This change
updates the Android API implementation to comply.

Over the course of revising the CAST support, the need for the
MediaDrm to call open and close session was removed. However, the
methods to do that were not. This removes the unused code.

This change updates the CDM's handling of init data types, previously
known as MIME types, to comply with the latest version of the EME
spec.
Following this change, in addition to accepting the deprecated MIME
types "video/mp4", "audio/mp4", "video/webm", and "audio/webm", the
CDM will accept the new standard: Init data types "cenc" and "webm".
Furthermore, this removes the non-PSSH-parsing path from the CDM. All
platforms have unified on the CDM being responsible for parsing the
concatenated PSSH box list, as outlined in the latest EME spec.
As Android has shipped code that expects pre-unwrapped PSSH boxes and
must maintain backwards-compatibility, code has been inserted on that
platform to detect pre-unwrapped data and re-wrap it with a PSSH
header before sending it to the CDM.
There are some small changes to unit tests because of this change:
1) The CDM Engine unit test now no longer needs to unwrap the PSSH on
any platforms when testing ISO-BMFF. It now pre-caches the
unwrapped key ID for use when testing WebM.
2) Several substantially-similar unit tests in the Android code have
been rolled into one test.

Adds support for WebM to the CDM. Decryption remains untouched,
however the initialization data is passed differently for WebM.
The previous version of this change broke playback for certain
apps that were being allowed to pass invalid MIME types before
this change was made. This version maintains backwards-compatiblity
for these apps for now by rewriting their MIME types as "video/mp4".

This change updates gMock to the new release, 1.7.0. This is
necessary for Android, as Android Master has updated their gTest to
1.7.0, and we must always use the matching version of gMock.
This should not break any existing tests, as 1.7.0 is
backwards-compatible with 1.6.0 code in nearly all cases. There are
a few bugfixes around being too generous with type coercion in
EXPECT_THAT() and ASSERT_THAT() that could break code that was
accepted by the compiler before but was never technically safe.
For a full list of changes, including all the awesome new matchers
you can now use in your tests, see CHANGES, which is included from
gMock unchanged.

Android Master, see the updated README.android.
No changes to the GYP files were necessary as part of this upgrade.

Swallows the error NEED_KEY if it comes back from AddKey(), as this
is expected behavior. (It means privacy mode is on and the key that
was just added was the privacy certificate, ergo the real decryption
key is still absent.) Note that this carefully does not squelch the
notification that comes from NEED_KEY, which is still necessary in
order for the app to make a second key request.
Also streamlines a test case that I noticed was overcomplicated for
what it did while poaching code from it for new test cases.
Also removes a .gyp file that was erroneously being copied to the
Android tree. Android does not use GYP.

Android development of the widevine CDM has been done
on the jb-mr2 branch of the cdm code base. This CL
contains a merge of that jb-mr2 work to CDM master, and
also reflects the evolution of the common Modular DRM
code base since jb-mr2 branched.

The Java APIs only easily expose getting the PSSH data blob, not the full PSSH
box. So that apps do not have to do extra work, wrapping the PSSH data blob in a
PSSH box again, we do it for them in the DrmPlugin.
