Edwin Wong	d9e7070de7	Remove dependencies from frameworks C++ containers. Replace AString, KeyedVector, List, String8 and Vector with stl containers. Remove corresponding frameworks libraries. Merge from Widevine repo of http://go/wvgerrit/41621

This updates the dynamic adapter and some plugins to work with the new
OEMCrypto v14 API.
