93b5514a27 Fix gts issues. 
Fix the conversion from in_args.keyId to Cdm format
which causes nullptr dereference signal 11 faults.

hardware/interfaces/drm/aidl(http://go/ag/15329852).

  m android.hardware.drm-service.widevine -j128

Test: build_and_run_all_unit_tests.sh
  for hidl tests
