As was the case with WvCdmStreamingUsageReportTest.ReportTest, the
following tests were also updated to handle the case where "license
duration" is unlimited:
- WvCdmStreamingNoPstTest.UsageTest
- WvCdmStreamingPstTest.UsageTest
- WvCdmOfflineUsageReportTest.UsageTest
This is due to the new license duration model used for V16 licenses.
