Fred Gylys-Colwell 3147ad3265 Remove missing tests from build_all_test script ...

Merge from Widevine repo of http://go/wvgerrit/23180

The previous CL removed entry_writer_test and
circular_buffer_test. This CL updates the android build and run alll
unit test scripts.
