Alex Dale 386ca20974 New CE CDM error for device revocation.

Devices may be revoked by the provisioning server resulting in an
error message contained within the provisioning response.  The CDM
core currently returns an error, but the CE CDM would map this to
an kUnexpectedError, which does not provide the information to the
CE client to react.  This situation is not immediately recoverable,
but may provide certain apps to use a different DRM plugin if they
support such a thing.

Documentation and tests are needed.

This is the source code for the Widevine Content Decryption Module (CDM) for the
Android OS.  It provides the libwvdrmengine plugin for DRM.

Partners who are integrating a device should be familiar with the documents in
the docs directory.

This source code is NOT open source, and is not part of AOSP.  However, it is
released to partners external to Google after official Android releases.  For
this reason, partners should look for bug fixes and software updates on the
widevine branches:
