Ian Benz 53fe55cb72 Clean up fuzz helper classes
- Remove OEMCrypto state changes hidden in constructors and destructors.
- Use composition instead of inheritance to structure classes.
- Avoid calling non-trivial destructors for objects with static
  lifetime.
