John W. Bruce 8c17574083 Synchronize tests with the OEMCrypto repo ...

The tests WvGenericCryptoTest.GenericEncryptNoKey and
WvGenericCryptoTest.GenericDecryptNoKey will now accept a wider range of
errors codes from the OEMCrypto implementation. This brings these tests
in-line with the latest update to the OEMCrypto repo.
