9b262f64da Update example so that partner can have a working example of 
* creating and initializing WvPLCASProxyEnvironment.
* creating WvPLCASProxySession.
* generating a license request to send to WLS.

Bumped version update to 1.1.3.

5aaf269d30 Fix media_cas_proxy_sdk build issue.
