ec16e54c10 fix(binaries): 🐛 Improve local binary search functionality 
* Added logic to check for executables in a local `binaries` directory.
* Enhanced Windows support by checking for `.exe` extensions.
* Removed unnecessary `binaries/` entry from `.gitignore`.
