Adjusts seeks too close to the end in WV_Play, which allows processing of end-of-program markers.

Uploaded WV libs 4.5.0.5066 for Thomas Inskip. Fixed movies not restting to beginning after fastforward to end. BUG: 5489972 Change-Id: Iad4b2933b47b6614db8e9d75c9d6a5f3f4bc3201
