John W. Bruce 1d5b7cc8fe Take a Global Write Lock Before Calling OEMCrypto_GenerateNonce() 
(This is a merge of http://go/wvgerrit/77803)

In OEMCrypto 15.2, OEMCrypto_GenerateNonce() is a Session Initialization
Function, which means the global OEMCrypto lock must be held before
calling it. There's no harm updating our code to behave this way now,
even before OEMCrypto 15.2 implementations are ready, since it's a
stricter guarantee than the current behavior.

README 

This is the source code for the Widevine Content Decryption Module (CDM) for the
Android OS.  It provides the libwvdrmengine plugin for DRM.

Partners who are integrating a device should be familiar with the documents in
the docs directory.

This source code is NOT open source, and is not part of AOSP.  However, it is
released to partners external to Google after official Android releases.  For
this reason, partners should look for bug fixes and software updates on the
widevine branches:
