Fred Gylys-Colwell dd64dedb51 Fix LD_LIBRARY_PATH in run_all_unit_test.sh

Merge from Widevine repo of http://go/wvgerrit/75383

Because the tests need to find liboemcrypto.so.

Test: ran on taimen and bonito.
